§ 1104.100 Award format for DoD Components' grants and cooperative agreements. DoD Components must conform the format of new grants and cooperative agreements to the standard award format specified in part 1120 of the DoD Grant and Agreement Regulations (DoDGARS) (2 CFR part 1120). The standard format provides locations within the award for: (a) General terms and conditions, including the administrative and national policy requirements discussed in § 1104.105(a) and (b), respectively. (b) Any award-specific terms and conditions discussed in § 1104.110.
