19 C.F.R. § 4.74 — Transportation orders.
§ 4.74 Transportation orders. Clearance shall not be granted to any vessel if the port director has reason to believe that her departure or intended voyage would be in violation of any provision of any transportation order, regulation, or restriction issued under authority of the Defense Production Act of 1950 (50 U.S.C. App. 2061-2066).
