19 C.F.R. § 201.9 — Methods employed in obtaining information.

§ 201.9 Methods employed in obtaining information. In obtaining information necessary to carry out its functions and duties, the Commission may employ any means authorized by law. In general, the Commission obtains pertinent information from its own files, from other agencies of the Government, through questionnaires and correspondence, through field work by members of the Commission's staff, and from testimony and other information presented at the hearings.
