19 C.F.R. § 201.1 — Applicability of part.
§ 201.1 Applicability of part. This part relates generally to functions and activities of the Commission under various statutes and other legal authority. Rules having special application appear separately in parts 202 through 207, inclusive, and parts 210, 212 and 213, of this chapter. In case of inconsistency between a rule of general application and a rule of special application, the latter is controlling. [68 FR 32973, June 3, 2003]
