19 C.F.R. § 200.735.121 — Confidentiality of employees' statements.
§ 200.735-121 Confidentiality of employees' statements. Each statement of employment and financial interests, and each supplementary statement, shall be held in confidence. To ensure this confidentiality, the Deputy DAEO is authorized to review and retain the statements. He shall be responsible for maintaining the statements in confidence and shall not allow access to, or allow information to be disclosed from, a statement except to carry out the purpose of this part. The Deputy DAEO may not disclose information from the statement except as the Civil Service Commission or the Chairman of the Tariff Commission may determine for good cause shown.
