Time and place for submission of employees' statements.

§ 200.735-116 Time and place for submission of employees' statements. (a) An employee required to submit such a statement shall submit it not later than: (1) Ninety days after the effective date of the regulations in this part, if employed on or before that effective date; or (2) Thirty days after his entrance on duty, but not earlier than ninety days after the effective date, if appointed after the effective date. (b) Each such statement shall be submitted to the Office of the General Counsel of the Commission and shall be marked “Submitted in Confidence to the Deputy DAEO.”: Provided, That the statement of the Deputy DAEO shall be submitted directly to the DAEO.
