19 C.F.R. § 122.66 — Clearance or permission to depart denied.

§ 122.66 Clearance or permission to depart denied. If advance electronic air cargo information is not received as provided in § 192.14 of this chapter, Customs and Border Protection may deny clearance or permission for the aircraft to depart from the United States.
