19 C.F.R. § 115.17 — Appeal to Commissioner of Customs.

§ 115.17 Appeal to Commissioner of Customs. (a) Any manufacturer, carrier, or owner may, within 30 days after he has been notified by a Certifying Authority of an adverse determination, including any review provided, appeal that determination to the Commissioner. (b) Any determination which is appealed remains in effect pending a decision by the Commissioner.
