19 C.F.R. § 111.71 — Immaterial mistakes.

§ 111.71 Immaterial mistakes. The Executive Assistant Commissioner will disregard an immaterial misnomer of a third person, an immaterial mistake in the description of any person, thing, or place, or ownership of any property, any other immaterial mistake in the statement of charges, or a failure to prove immaterial allegations in the description of the broker's conduct.
