19 C.F.R. § 111.55 — Investigation of complaints.

§ 111.55 Investigation of complaints. Every complaint or charge against a broker which may be the basis for disciplinary action may be forwarded for investigation to the appropriate investigative authority within the Department of Homeland Security. The investigative authority will submit a final report on the investigation of complaints to the processing Center and send a copy of the report to the appropriate Executive Director, Office of Trade.
