19 C.F.R. § 111.38 — False representation to procure employment.

§ 111.38 False representation to procure employment. A broker must not knowingly use false or misleading representations to procure employment in any customs matter. In addition, a broker must not represent to a client or prospective client that he can obtain any favors from the Department of Homeland Security or any representative of the Department of Homeland Security.
