19 C.F.R. § 10.46 — Articles for the United States.
§ 10.46 Articles for the United States. Pursuant to subheadings 9808.00.10 and 9808.00.20, books, engravings, and other articles therein enumerated, which are imported by authority or for the use of the United States or for the use of the Library of Congress, shall be admitted free of duty upon the written request of the head of the bureau or executive department concerned.
