§ 45.7 Form of application; filing procedure. Applications, supplemental applications, statements of supplemental information, notices of change, and reports should be filed with the Secretary of the Commission in accordance with filing procedures posted on the Commission's Web site at http://www.ferc.gov. Each filing must be dated, signed by the applicant, and verified under oath in accordance with § 385.2005(b) and (c). [Order 737, 75 FR 43404, July 26, 2010]
