18 C.F.R. § 401.77 — Informal conference.
§ 401.77 Informal conference. Whenever the Executive Director deems it appropriate, he may cause an informal conference to be scheduled between an objector and such member of the Commission staff as he may designate. The purpose of such a conference shall be to resolve or narrow the ground or grounds of the objections.
