18 C.F.R. § 401.5 — Review of applications.
§ 401.5 Review of applications. Following staff study, examination, and review of each project application, the Commission shall hold a public hearing upon notice thereon as provided in paragraph 14.4(b) of the Compact and may take such action on a project application as it finds to be appropriate.
