§ 401.25 Alternatives for public projects. Any publc project which has been included in the Comprehensive Plan but is not on the “A” list of the current Water Resources Program, at the option of the sponsor, may be submitted for review and approval under section 3.8 of the Compact in accordance with Subpart C of this part.
