§ 4.90 Applicability and purpose. This subpart implements section 30(b) of the Federal Power Act and provides procedures for obtaining an exemption for constructed or unconstructed small conduit hydroelectric facilities, as defined in § 4.30(b)(30), from all or part of the requirements of Part I of the Federal Power Act, including licensing, and the regulations issued under Part I.
