§ 390.1 Electronic registration. Any person who wishes to engage in any of the activities listed in § 390.2 must register electronically through the Commission's web site, in compliance with instructions located on the Web site, at http://www.ferc.gov. Effective Date Note: At 68 FR 7416, Feb. 14, 2003, § 390.1 was suspended, effective Jan. 7, 2003.
