18 C.F.R. § 385.1008 — Hearings (Rule 1008).
§ 385.1008 Hearings (Rule 1008). As soon as practicable, after receiving any request for hearing and all the pleadings under Rules 1004 (commencement of proceedings) and 1005 (replies), the presiding officer will give notice to the participants as to the time and place of the hearing.
