18 C.F.R. § 375.305 — Delegations to the Solicitor.
§ 375.305 Delegations to the Solicitor. The Commission authorizes the Solicitor, or the Solicitor's designee to: (a) File with the appropriate court of the United States a certified list of the materials comprising the record of any proceeding which involves the Commission; (b) Retain appropriate materials; and (c) Deliver such materials to the court as required.
