18 C.F.R. § 300.13 — Waiver of filing requirements.
§ 300.13 Waiver of filing requirements. The Administrator must request waiver of any requirement of this subpart if an application that does not fully comply with that requirement is not to be considered deficient. The request must state the Administrator's reasons for such noncompliance and show good cause for any waiver.
