Draft tariff and index of entitlements.

§ 281.212 Draft tariff and index of entitlements. (a) Each interstate pipeline shall prepare draft tariff sheets or sections and a draft index of entitlements in accordance with this subpart. (b) The draft tariff sheets or sections and index of entitlements shall be served on all customers of the interstate pipeline no later than August 1 of each year. (c) Copies of all documents received by the interstate pipeline under § 281.210, the draft tariff sheets or sections and the draft index of entitlements shall be served on the Data Verification Committee no later than August 1 of each year.
