§ 281.210 Conflicting data. (a) Interstate pipelines. Notwithstanding any other provision of this subpart, if the records of an interstate pipeline contain information which directly conflicts with a request for reclassification of priority 1 entitlements under § 281.206, or classification of priority 2 entitlements under § 281.207, the interstate pipeline may not include such volumes in priority 1 or 2 of its index of entitlements. (b) Local distribution companies. Notwithstanding the provisions of § 281.207(c), if the records of a local distribution company contain information which directly conflicts with a request from an essential agricultural user to have the local distribution company to seek classification of volumes in priority 2, the local distribution company may not seek classification for such volumes.
