18 C.F.R. § 156.11 — Dismissal of application.
§ 156.11 Dismissal of application. Except for good cause shown, failure of an applicant to go forward on the date set for hearing and present its full case in support of its application will constitute ground for the summary dismissal of the application and the termination of the proceedings.
