18 C.F.R. § 153.10 — Authorization not exclusive.
§ 153.10 Authorization not exclusive. No authorization granted pursuant to subpart B of this part and section 3 of the Natural Gas Act shall be deemed to prevent the Commission from granting authorization under subpart B to any other person at the same general location, or to prevent any other person from making application for such authorization.
