18 C.F.R. § 12.61 — Definitions.

§ 12.61 Definitions. For purposes of this subpart F: (a) Chief Dam Safety Engineer means the designated individual, who is a licensed professional engineer with experience in dam safety, who oversees the implementation of the Owner's Dam Safety Program and has primary responsibility for ensuring the safety of the licensee's dam(s) and other project works. (b) Chief Dam Safety Coordinator means the designated individual, who is not required to be a licensed professional engineer, who oversees the implementation of the Owner's Dam Safety Program and has primary responsibility for ensuring the safety of the licensee's dam(s) and other project works.
