17 C.F.R. § 39.25 — Conflicts of interest.

§ 39.25 Conflicts of interest. A derivatives clearing organization shall: (a) Establish and enforce rules to minimize conflicts of interest in the decision-making process of the derivatives clearing organization; (b) Establish a process for resolving such conflicts of interest; and (c) Describe procedures for identifying, addressing, and managing conflicts of interest involving members of the board of directors.
