17 C.F.R. § 240.0.9 — Payment of filing fees.
§ 240.0–9 Payment of filing fees. All payment of filing fees shall be made by wire transfer, debit card, or credit card or via the Automated Clearing House Network. Payment of filing fees required by this section shall be made in accordance with the directions set forth in § 202.3a of this chapter. [86 FR 70251, Dec. 9, 2021]
