17 C.F.R. § 200.61 — Impressions of influence.

§ 200.61 Impressions of influence. A member should not, by his conduct, permit the impression to prevail that any person can improperly influence him, that any person unduly enjoys his favor or that he is affected in any way by the rank, position, prestige, or affluence of any person.
