§ 200.30–2 Delegation of authority to the Director of the Division of Economic and Risk Analysis and Chief Economist. Pursuant to sections 4A and 4B of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (15 U.S.C. 78d–21, 78d–22), the Securities and Exchange Commission hereby delegates, until the Commission orders otherwise, the following functions to the Director of the Division of Economic and Risk Analysis and Chief Economist, to be performed by that person or under that person's direction by such person or persons as may be designated from time to time by the Chairman of the Commission: (a) To update taxonomies and schemas required for use in Commission filings and made available on the Commission's website.
