§ 10.7 Date of entry of orders. In computing any period of time involving the date of the entry of an order the date of entry shall be the date the order is served by the Proceedings Clerk. [41 FR 2511, Jan. 16, 1976, as amended at 60 FR 54801, Oct. 26, 1995]
