16 C.F.R. § 501.6 — Cellulose sponges, irregular dimensions.
§ 501.6 Cellulose sponges, irregular dimensions. Variety packages of cellulose sponges of irregular dimensions, are exempted from the requirements of § 500.25 of this chapter, provided: (a) Such sponges are packaged in transparent packages which afford visual inspection of the varied sizes, shapes, and irregular dimensions; and (b) The quantity of contents declaration is expressed as a combination of count accompanied by the term irregular dimensions. Example: “10 Assorted Sponges—Irregular dimensions.” [35 FR 18510, Dec. 5, 1970]
