§ 301.42 Deception as to nature of business. When necessary to avoid deception, the name of any person other than the manufacturer of the fur product appearing on the label or invoice shall be accompanied by appropriate words showing that the fur product was not manufactured by such person; as for example: Distributed by ____________ or ____________ Wholesalers
