16 C.F.R. § 1.23 — Quantity limit rules.

§ 1.23 Quantity limit rules. Quantity limit rules are authorized by section 2(a) of the Clayton Act, as amended by the Robinson-Patman Act. These rules have the force and effect of law. [32 FR 8444, June 13, 1967. Redesignated at 40 FR 15232, Apr. 4, 1975]
