15 C.F.R. § 904.214 — Stipulations.
§ 904.214 Stipulations. The parties may, by stipulation, agree upon any matters involved in the administrative proceeding and include such stipulations in the record with the consent of the Judge. Written stipulations must be signed and served on all parties. [87 FR 38938, June 30, 2022]
