15 C.F.R. § 325.15 — Relinquishing a certificate.

§ 325.15 Relinquishing a certificate. A certificate holder may relinquish a certificate at any time through written notice to the Secretary. The certificate will cease to be effective on the day the Secretary receives the notice.
