§ 295.24 Registration. Joint ventures selected for funding under the Program must notify the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission under the National Cooperative Research Act of 1984. No funds will be released prior to receipt by the Program of copies of such notification. [63 FR 64415, Nov. 20, 1998]
