15 C.F.R. § 265.40 — Nondiscrimination.

§ 265.40 Nondiscrimination. No person shall discriminate against any other person because of race, creed, color, sex, or national origin, in furnishing, or by refusing to furnish to such person the use of any facility of a public nature, including all services, privileges, accommodations, and activities provided thereby on the site.
