15 C.F.R. § 265.21 — Improper use of roads as thoroughfares.

§ 265.21 Improper use of roads as thoroughfares. Except as otherwise provided herein, no person shall drive a motor vehicle or bicycle onto the site for the sole purpose of using the roads of the site as a thoroughfare between roads bordering the site. This section shall not apply to bicyclists using officially approved bike paths on the site.
