14 C.F.R. § 211.12 — Filing and service.
§ 211.12 Filing and service. All types of applications for foreign air carrier permits (initial, renewal, amendment, or transfer) are filed as of the date the applications are received at the Department's Docket Facility. Each applicant shall serve those persons as required in part 302, subpart B, of this chapter.
