§ 1201.100 Creation and authority. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration was established by the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. 20111), as amended (hereafter called the “Act”). [55 FR 37222, Sept. 10, 1990, as amended at 79 FR 18444, Apr. 2, 2014]
