§ 315.13 Persons engaged by Firms to expedite petitions and Adjustment Proposals. EDA will provide no Adjustment Assistance to any Firm unless the owners, partners, members, directors, or officers thereof certify in writing to EDA: (a) The names of any attorneys, agents, and other Persons engaged by or on behalf of the Firm for the purpose of expediting petitions for such Adjustment Assistance or Adjustment Proposals; and (b) The fees paid or to be paid to any such Person.
