§ 307.6 Revolving Loan Funds established for lending. Economic Adjustment Assistance Grants to capitalize or recapitalize RLFs most commonly fund business lending, but also may fund public infrastructure or other authorized lending activities. The requirements in this subpart apply to EDA-funded RLFs. Special award conditions may contain appropriate modifications of these requirements. [82 FR 57054, Dec. 1, 2017]
