13 C.F.R. § 134.714 — When must the Judge issue his or her decision?

§ 134.714 When must the Judge issue his or her decision? The Judge shall issue a decision, insofar as practicable, within fifteen (15) business days after close of the record. The Judge's decision is the final agency decision and becomes effective upon issuance. [75 FR 62292, Oct. 7, 2010, as amended at 85 FR 63193, Oct. 7, 2020]
