§ 127.356 How does a concern obtain certification from an approved certifier? (a) A concern that seeks WOSB or EDWOSB certification from an SBA-approved third-party certifier must submit its application directly to the approved certifier in accordance with the specific application procedures of the particular certifier. (b) The concern must register in the System for Award Management (SAM), or any successor system. (c) The approved certifier must ensure that all documents used to determine that a concern is approved for certification are uploaded in https://certify.sba.gov or any successor system.
