13 C.F.R. § 127.353 — May third-party certifiers charge a fee?

§ 127.353 May third-party certifiers charge a fee? (a) Third-party certifiers may charge a reasonable fee, but must notify applicants first, in writing, that SBA offers certification for free. (b) The method of notification and the language that will be used for this notification must be approved by SBA. The third-party certifier may not change its method or the language without SBA approval. [85 FR 27662, May 11, 2020]
