13 C.F.R. § 127.301 — When may a concern apply for certification?

§ 127.301 When may a concern apply for certification? A concern may apply for WOSB or EDWOSB certification and submit the required information whenever it can represent that it meets the eligibility requirements, subject to the restrictions of § 127.306. All representations and supporting information contained in the application must be complete and accurate as of the date of submission. The application must be signed by an officer of the concern who is authorized to represent the concern. [85 FR 27661, May 11, 2020]
