§ 124.703 Who is eligible to receive 7(j) assistance? The following businesses are eligible to receive assistance from SBA through its service providers: (a) Businesses which qualify as small under part 121 of this title, and which are located in urban or rural areas with a high proportion of unemployed or low-income individuals, or which are owned by such low-income individuals; and (b) Businesses eligible to receive 8(a) contracts.
