§ 124.205 Can an applicant ask SBA to reconsider SBA's initial decision to decline its application? There is no reconsideration process for applications that have been declined. An applicant which has been declined may file an appeal with SBA's Office of Hearings and Appeals pursuant to § 124.206, or reapply to the program pursuant to § 124.207. [85 FR 66185, Oct. 16, 2020]
