§ 124.202 How must an application be filed? An application for 8(a) BD program admission must be filed in an electronic format. An electronic application can be found by going to the 8(a) BD page of SBA's Web site ( http://www.sba.gov ). The SBA district office will provide an applicant with information regarding the 8(a) BD program. [81 FR 48581, July 25, 2016]
